Earned the 2012 U.S. Navy Program Executive Office Ballistic Missile Defense Excellence Award by spearheading the U.S. Navy’s technical program objectives for the historic development of AEGIS missile system upgrades to Japan ($421M in 2012) and Spain ($860.4M in 2018).
Rated #1 of 6 LCDR Foreign Area Officers and competitively selected for graduate-level studies in International Relations as a U.S. Foreign Exchange Officer at the prestigious l’École de Guerre (Joint War College of France, Paris).
